PRI web site uses security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. We store the information in a database in a secure environment at our data center.
We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you e-mails based on your requesting information.
You will be added to Pink Ribbon’s email newsletter list only if you register to receive newsletters via a form on the Pink Ribbon website. You may opt-out of receiving our newsletters by clicking on the opt-out link included in every email newsletter we send.
If you feel that information about Pink Ribbon could be useful for a third party you know (e.g. your friends or family members etc.), you may use our forward-to-a-friend functionality. If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about Pink Ribbon, we will ask you for your friend’s name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. Pink Ribbon stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program.
If you use our blog feature on this site, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit in a publicly-viewable blog comment can be read, collected, or otherwise used by anyone who reads the blog or who visits the URL of the blog post you have chosen to comment on. We are not responsible for non-Pink Ribbon use of this information.

Automatic Collection of Anonymous Information
Pink Ribbon International has a strong commitment to internet privacy. When you visit our website, like when you visit most other websites, certain anonymous information about your visit may be automatically logged, including the server name and IP address through which you access the internet (such as “aol.com” or “earthlink.net”), the date and time you access our site, the pages you access while at our website, the Internet address of the website from which you linked directly to our site, the Internet address of the website to which you link if and when you leave this website by clicking on a link at this website. We also may track browser types to help us understand our visitors’ needs related to our web site design. We also use the capability to track when a URL has been clicked. We use this functionality to track which links were clicked and in what quantity, as well as the aggregate number of links clicked.
This information is not personally identifiable. We use this information to generate statistics and measure site activity to improve the usefulness of the PRI site to our visitors.

Your submission of personally identifiable information to us is entirely your choice. You may visit and browse our website without revealing any personally identifiable information about yourself to us. Pink Ribbon Inc. makes every effort to insure the secure collection and transmission of sensitive user information using industry accepted data collection and encryption methodologies.
PRI does not sell or otherwise disclose user information outside the organization. This policy has no exceptions. We do not sell or exchange your information with any other organization, public, private, or non-profit.

- improving our website, including tailoring it to users’ preferences;

In order to provide service to you, we will occasionally send you communications related to your transactions, security or the administration of our website. If you are making an on-line donation, you may also check the box next to the statement indicating that you do not wish to receive such communications from PRI.

Notification of Changes
Any new policy will be posted on our site at least one week prior to its taking effect.
